Connie’s name was drawn at random from a list of candidates on Saturday, September 9, 2023.
The event was held at the New Orleans Sheraton on Canal Street.
Mrs. Connie Taliancich-DiCarlo will have the honor of reigning over the Krewe of Cleopatra during the organization’s “51st Anniversary Year”.
The Krewe will open the carnival season with their parade titled “Cleopatra’s Happy Hour ” that rolls down the New Orleans traditional uptown parade route on Friday, February 2, 2024.
