What happens if I purchase a backordered ticket?

• Purchasing a backordered ticket does not guarantee that your ticket will be filled.

• However, the sooner you purchase a backordered ticket, the more likely it is to get filled.

• When and if space becomes available in your lieutenant’s section, backordered tickets will be filled on a first come first serve basis.  NOTE: GUEST TICKET ORDERS WILL FIRST BE FILLED BY MEMBERS THAT DO NOT ALREADY HAVE A GUEST TICKET!

• If your ticket does move off backorder and is filled (assigned to a spot in your Lieutenant’s section) you will then be notified via email.

• The Krewe is working with the vendor on finalizing the floor plan.  Once the floor plan is finalized backordered tickets will begin to be updated.

• The Support team will not know any sooner nor can they provide any other information until the floor plan can be confirmed.  We will do our best to accommodate everyone that we can.

• Backordered Member tickets that are filled are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Backordered Guest Tickets that are filled are non-refundable.

What happens if I purchased a backordered ticket, and it does not get filled?

• Backordered tickets that are not filled will be refunded in full.

• Refunds will be processed on or before January 4, 2023.

• It will not be possible to refund unfilled backordered tickets EARLY or on a individual (request) basis.
