STORE CREDIT GIFT CARD

INSTRUCTIONS: Enter the dollar amount for the gift card in the field below.

SENDING: After you enter in the dollar amount of the gift card, click to add it to you cart.  On the checkout page you will see a form bellow the zip code field. Select “Gift to someone else”. After you checkout the gift card will immediately be sent to the email address you enter.  You can also select to email the Gift Card to yourself and then forward the email/Gift Card  to the member of your choice.

EXPIRATION: Gift cards expire five years and one day after they are purchased.

NOTES:

Gift cards may only be used by members!
Gift cards can only be purchased by members.
Any member can use the gift card code after it is sent, it is not tied to the email address that it is sent to.

Gift cards can be used for:

– A la carte throws & throw packages
– Event tickets
– Member Dues
– Substitution and leave of absence fees
– Raffle tickets
– Queen capsules
– Queen Applications

Gift cards may not be used for:

– New member application fees
– Costume Change Fees
– To purchase other gift cards

Gift cards cannot be refunded!

FEES: There is no activation fee. There is no sales tax charged when purchasing a gift card.
